For The National song, it's no problem. It's not very often I find somebody who likes them, so sharing is caring.

I'm going to be completely honest and tell you that someone who we know mutually has already labelled you as pretentious, though I'm not apt to believe them. I've been addressed with the same moniker, and I resent anyone who throws around the designation loosely. Diverse preferences do not equate to egotistical behavior, especially when you try to share what you know.

That’s lovely thanks, yeah I do have a bit of a fondness for Matt Berninger and his band. Well I appreciate that Ryan thank you… I am not pretentious and I hope I don’t portray that either and you are completely correct, often times people will apply labels because they are either jealous of the person or perhaps just uncertain about the person’s true nature, so I guess there’s always a number of factors… I feel bad, first impressions should never be made through a label through someone else. 

I hope I get a chance to run into you some time at school!
